Common Issues
Q: The app isn't showing my data
Make sure you've granted all permissions in iOS Settings > THE EDITS. Some data needs time to populate - give it a few minutes.
Q: My photos aren't appearing
Check that Photo Library access is enabled. The app needs "Full Access" to scan your photo library.
Q: Health data is missing
Go to iOS Settings > Health > Data Access > THE EDITS and enable all the data types you want to include.
Q: How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Open the app > Settings > Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used to purchase.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > THE EDITS > Cancel. We'll miss you, but no hard feelings.
