THE EDITS ("we", "our", "us") is a mobile application that creates personalized "Year in Review" experiences.

2. What Data We Access

When you use THE EDITS, the app may access the following data sources on your device:

2.1 Photos Library

• What: Your photos and their metadata (dates, locations if available)
• Why: To include your favorite moments in your recap
• Stored: On your device only. Never uploaded.

2.2 Health Data (HealthKit)

• What: Steps, distance, workouts, sleep data, calories
• Why: To create your "Body" and "Sleep" recap sections
• Stored: On your device only. Never uploaded.

2.3 Calendar

• What: Event counts, busy times, categories
• Why: To create your "Grind" recap section
• Stored: On your device only. Never uploaded.

2.4 Photo Face Recognition

• What: People detected in your photos (using on-device face recognition)
• Why: To create your "Squad" recap section showing who you photographed most
• Stored: On your device only. Never uploaded.

2.5 Apple Music

• What: Listening history, top artists, top songs
• Why: To create your "Music" recap section
• Stored: On your device only. Never uploaded.

2.6 Headphone Audio Levels

• What: Volume levels and listening duration
• Why: To create your "Headphone" recap section
• Stored: On your device only. Never uploaded.

3. What We DON'T Do

We want to be crystal clear:

• ✕We do NOT upload your data to any servers
• ✕We do NOT create accounts or require registration
• ✕We do NOT track your location
• ✕We do NOT sell your data to anyone
• ✕We do NOT share your data with third parties
• ✕We do NOT use analytics that identify you
• ✕We do NOT show you ads

4. Data Processing

All data processing occurs locally on your device using Apple's frameworks. Your recap is generated entirely on your iPhone/iPad. The images you create and share are the only outputs, and YOU control when and where you share them.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

If you purchase THE EDITS Pro:

• Payment is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store
• We receive confirmation of your subscription status
• We do NOT receive your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID

6. Third-Party Services

The app uses:

• Apple App Store: For distribution and payments
• Apple HealthKit: For health data access (on-device only)
• Apple Photos: For photo access (on-device only)
• Apple Music API: For music data (on-device only)

We do not use any third-party analytics, crash reporting, or advertising services.

6.1 Support Services

Customer support for THE EDITS is provided by Logixtecs Solutions LLC. When you contact support, you may provide your email address and description of your issue. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with any other parties.

7. Data Retention

Since we don't collect your data, there's nothing to retain. Your recap data exists only on your device and can be deleted at any time by:

• Deleting the app
• Clearing app data in Settings

8. Children's Privacy

THE EDITS is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Since we don't collect data from anyone, this is automatically compliant.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: See what data the app uses (check iOS Settings > Privacy)
• Delete: Remove app and all local data at any time
• Revoke: Remove permissions in iOS Settings at any time
• Portability: Export your recap images whenever you want

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Posting a notice in the app
